Pfc Terry Moore, Okinawa 1945
Pictured pausing for a cigarette, Pfc Terry Moore (Fox Company, 184th Infanrty Regiment, 7th Infantry Division) during the battle for Okinawa, June 1, 1945. Using a BAR, Pfc Moore, 23, was from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Moore survived, suffering severe wounds to his face and hand during combat for the island.

Artist quality oil paint on quality embossed artists paper. Dimensions 65cm x 50cm (25.5 x 20 inches). This painting is unframed and it is recomended to have it professionaly framed for best presentation, care and protection. Avoid rolling or bending the painting as this could cause permanent damage, always keep it flat. The very outer edges of the painting will show a minimal amount of unpainted paper, however, this will be covered when set into a frame.
